  • HSEF Reaches Tentative Agreement

    After many long sessions of negotiating HSEF is happy to announce we have a tentative agreement. We would like to take a few moments to thank the districts bargaining team, Superintendent Eakins and School Board members.

    Here are the highlights:

    • All HSEF employees will be placed on the new 2019-2020 HSEF salary schedule (see attachment) effective December 29th.
    • All eligible HSEF employees will receive a one (1) level salary advancement effective March 8th.
    • The Board agrees to pay the full cost of the employee only premium for a designated health plan offered by the school board for the 2019-2020 school year.
    • The board agrees to pay in full the cost of uniforms for employees in HSEF bargaining unit for the 2019-2020 school year.
    • The board agrees to pay in full the cost of fingerprinting for the 2019-2020 school year.

    HSEF also tentatively agreed to an MOU concerning night shift differntial pay for Security & SNS personnel (at Silo Bend) only:

    In the coming days HSEF will be sending out ratification information.
